Para devolver ou trocar um produto adquirido na RMSHOP, primeiramente entre em contato pelo e-mail vendas@rmshop.com.br ou pelo telefone (11) 4048-2518 para identificarmos o motivo da troca ou devolução do mesmo. As situações para troca ou devolução são as seguintes:

1. Desistência
2. Defeito no produto
3. Erro Operacional

1.1. DESISTÊNCIA


Você terá o prazo de 7 (sete) dias, a contar da emissão da nota fiscal, para DEVOLVER o produto, isto é o produto deve estar em poder da RMSHOP antes do sétimo dia. Para tanto, o produto deverá estar na embalagem original, sem indícios de uso, sem violação do lacre original do fabricante, acompanhado de sua nota fiscal, manual e todos os acessórios que acompanharam o produto.

Durante este prazo máximo de sete dias, o consumidor alternativamente e à sua escolha poderá solicitar :

•restituição do valor do produto, excluindo-se o valor cobrado pelo frete.
•utilização do crédito numa compra futura, exceto o valor do frete.
•troca por um outro produto, arcando com a diferença de preço existente. Esta diferença poderá ser paga por meio de depósito bancário ou transferência financeira na conta bancária da empresa. Além disso, deverá ser pago o valor do frete referente ao envio do novo produto.

Se houver indícios de uso do produto, a devolução não será aceita. Neste caso, remeteremos o produto para o respectivo endereço de entrega, reservando-nos o direito de nova cobrança de frete. O processo de restituição por desistência da compra só será iniciado após o recebimento do produto em nosso centro de operações e checagem de suas condições.

Caso não haja indícios de uso, e tendo todas as características da embalagem preservadas, providenciaremos a restituição da quantia paga ou a troca por outro produto. Cabe deixar claro que, em caso de troca, o produto escolhido deve estar disponível para venda em nosso site.

• Em suas embalagens originais, sem qualquer tipo de dano às mesmas.
• Sem indícios de uso.
• Com seus manuais, certificados, acessórios, discos em suas embalagens originais e sem violação, etc.
• Acondicione a embalagem do produto em outra embalagem com proteção para garantir a total segurança no envio e não danificar a caixa original do produto.

Neste caso o cliente é responsável pelo frete de envio do produto bem como o valor já gasto para remessa do mesmo.

A maioria dos produtos comprada na RMSHOP está sob garantia balcão, isto é, todas e quaisquer despesas com troca ou garantia são por conta do cliente, isso nos ajuda baratear o custo dos nossos produtos no geral, tendo em vista que por termos como parceiros fabricantes renomados, esse tipo de troca é pouco usual.

Não serão aceitas reclamações referentes à AVARIA no produto após 48h do recebimento do mesmo.

PARA EFEITO DO USO DA GARANTIA DO PRODUTO, O MESMO DEVERA SER ENVIADO COM A EMBALAGEM ORIGINAL, COM TODOS OS LACRES OU ETIQUETAS QUE POSSAM ESTAR CONTIDOS NA MESMA, ENVIE O PRODUTO EM CONDIÇÕES ADEQUADAS E SEGURAS DE EMBALAGEM. 6. ABERTO OU CONSERTADO POR OUTROS TECNICOS;
7. USO EM CONDIÇÕES ANORMAIS DA VOLTAGEM (ANTES DE LIGAR NA TOMADA, VERIFIQUE SEMPRE A VOLTAGEM NO APARELHO);
8. QUALQUER DANO PROVOCADO POR MOTIVOS DE FORÇA MAIOR, COMO ACIDENTES, UMIDADE, INSETOS, RAIOS, INUNDAÇÕES, ETC;
9. PRODUTOS ENVIADOS SEM EMBALAGEM.

3.1.  ERRO OPERACIONAL

Caso você tenha recebido um produto que não aquele solicitado, antes de tudo gostaríamos de nos desculpar e solicitar que envie um e-mail para vendas@rmshop.com.br ou pelo telefone (11) 4048-2518, informando o ocorrido bem como o numero do pedido. O cliente receberá autorização para o envio do produto bem como instruções para restituição dos valores gastos com envio. A RMSHOP fará o possível para que em um prazo de até cinco dias úteis o erro seja resolvido.
